A very clean, tidy room, a comfortable bed and cheap; a great example of a Travelodge and a good place to stay. There's a tiny bit of road noise, no bath / shower only and not enough plug sockets. I received an email from the Hotel Manager a few days before our stay containing some useful information, which was a very nice touch. No restaurant on site but the Jack Rabbit across the way serves a good (if slow) breakfast from 8-11am.
Clean and comfortable, much like any Travelodge. Convenient for nearby pub where you can get all meals. Even if you don't buy the breakfast there, don't buy the breakfast at the Travelodge under any circumstances. It's a joke.

Very clean hotel with friendly reception staff. Room was very clean and well stocked with shower gel / handwash. Despite being next to the road it was surprisingly quiet in our room and we were able to get very peaceful night's sleep during out stay. The hotel is located quite far from the city center but if like me you drive this is not an issue (especially with the free parking). Overall I highly recommend this hotel, especially if only visiting Plymouth for a short weekend.
Staff are always friendly and welcoming. Rooms always clean and I've never had an issue. Right next door to a Toby so it's easy to get a good meal with no fuss.

Handy place to stay for Derriford
This place is amazing. Unfortunately my girlfriends dad is dying in plymouth hospital which is a stones throw from the lodge. They got her a twin bedroom so I could be with her. Straight away the look of the place was great peaceful and tranquil. I couldn't believe it when I saw 2 dears with a forn just starring at me beautiful. I found the rooms more than satisfying everything was great. The staff here are among the best I've come across and I stay in a lot of hotels. The kindness of the management go way beyond anything your need. This place is heavenly just what we needed. I would be extremely shocked if you can find better . I wonder if places in London can be so helpful , understanding and generous I doubt it. Thank you very much it made it just that much better. My partner is Tina baker thanks.

This place has a nice feeling about it. It is not noisy nor rowdy even although children are present, no disrespect to the kids by the way. The staff are pleasant and when you order your meal, it doesn't take forever to come. The meals are well presented too and taste lovely. Also there are plenty of parking places available. Well there was when I last visited it. Well worth a visit with family or couples.
LOVELY place lovely food. No more custom from me a £100 pound fine 6.30 in the morning on boxing day after I spent 300 on Xmas day. Was told I could get refund . Have it in writing but feel I am being ignored. Plus I have heard of this happening to many people .

It does what you expect from a Premier Inn. Affordable, clean tidy and very quiet. Handy restaurant next door and big Sainsburys over the road. Only complaint is that we had a family room with an extra (4th) bed which was very uncomfortable.
Stayed over Christmas nice room very hotel like no atmosphere filled the bill.

Roman House was the ideal B&B for us. We visited Sunday night and had a family funeral to attend the next morning. Mike and Ania were great and let us stay later in the morning. Breakfast was good too!
I cannot commend Ania and Mike enough for the lovely and hassle free time i had when i stayed for a week. The room was spotless and very spacious and the breakfast set me up nicely for the day. They were both very considerate and every whim was catered for. Location was superb for me and i really liked the secure parking. Would definately recommend!

Been staying at Albion house for six months and could not wish for a better place to stay while working away from home. Clean and tidy and Barbara warm and welcoming. Highly recommended.
A brilliant bed and breakfast
If you would like something truly different you might like to have a look at Airbnb. These are mostly B and Bs provided by people on a very informal basis. The may have a spare room, a yurt, a cottage or a barge with space they can receive guests for a night or a month! The website is highly professional. You can really see what you are going to get. Very well worth a look. Airbnb also show 'conventional' B&Bs as well. Enjoy!

Nice site for dogs that like to swim water not to deep friendly staff open all year
Our second visit here this year because the site is great, the wardens superb (thanks Rachel, Gail & Esther). So much to do and spotless toilets and showers (thanks Spic & Span). The wife told me the lady who looks after the showers came out in her dressing gown, saw the floor was messy after some youngsters had been larking around, came back in her uniform and sorted out the mess.& it was late !! Good on you Span, and to John ( over 40 yrs here) for maintaining the lovely site we will BE BACK...thanks to you all.!!!xx
