I've been to this out of hours Vet clinic twice now, I had to take my aging cat (she's 17) to have her looked at as my usual Vet wasnt open, I was told my cat had cystitis which can be common in cats especially on a dry food diet , it was an expensive trip but the results were precise and correct medication was dispensed for her. My second visit 3 months after my first was for the same reasons - this time around I was advised to move my cat onto wet food to prevent this happening again and I also bought a bigger medication bottle to allow self medication from home, the vet nurse was really very nice and she was very attentive , there was no rush to get my cat out of the door as soon as possible and she didn't try to suggest me buying anything aside what my cat needed. A few days later my cat displayed the same symptoms again , this time I rang as it had cost a fair bit of money to get her medicated out of hours, I spoke to a male vet who talked me through my options and possible causes for my cat's condition which we eventually narrowed down to stress, from this advice she has been fine up to now and I'm very happy that my cat is now on the road to recovery - it maybe expensive but for out of hours help for your pet, you're in safe hands with these guys and gals.

We have gerbils and 2 vets here are exotic specialists. We wouldn't take our gerbils anywhere else now. Don't be fooled into thinking that the vets at Pets at Home will be good with small animals because they sell them - the vet here was useless. Don't hesitate about going to the Estover Vet Hospital if you you have a small furry. Trust us, we went through a lot of vets that didn't have a clue before we found this practice. We saw Richard Hazard and he was wonderful. There's also a lady called Pru who is qualified with exotics.

Amazing practice! Jo and her team really went the extra mile to ensure our rabbit had the best care possible after a major op. You guys are the best!:)
